All 3 cases of tile arrived with scuff marks to the finish. Extremely disappointing considering the price of the tile. I'm guessing this is a manufacturer quality control issue. We're having to try and scrub clean dirty marks and buff out scuffs. Hopefully due to the matte finish on the tile, the permanent marks left won't catch in the light and become obvious to others. Unfortunately we don't have time to order a replacement tile. That being said, I'm crossing my fingers that this works out. These were the perfect tiles to coordinate with our larger accent tile.
