well first of all my installer had a lot of problems with this tile. its a composite and it cupped. he used some kind of plastic spools w/suction to try to get them to lay flat. after a lot of extra trouble, my floor still cups. now, 3 months later, autumn leaves come through our door and i have discovered that the tannins are absorbed into the tile and stains it. i would find something else if you can. one star or less. oh yes and they are quite expensive.
