very powerful flush a little noisy but very good flush

Great working, water saving toilet. Bought 3 of these for all my bathrooms in a sustainable home.

My husband installed this toilet last night after he got home from work. I've never installed a toilet, but he had, and it seemed to go as expected. He didn't express that this toilet was anymore difficult to install than any other toilet he's put in. (He's not a plumber or anything, just has helped his parents and grandparents with this sort of thing!) The toilet is longer than the old one we had, about 31". The door JUST swings by, so keep that in mind if your current toilet is not elongated. The pressure lite technology is powerful, and it may be a little louder than you're used to, but the sound is very brief. In my mind, it is well worth it to have the fleeting noise if it helps a 1 gallon per flush make sure everything gets...well, flushed! We purchased a wooden, soft close toilet seat separately. We are very happy with this toilet and the fact that it qualifies for a rebate from Seattle City Light. Because this is a heavy item, Wayfair "upgraded" the shipping to freight shipping. This took a long time, and after the toilet was delivered, I received a piece of certified mail from the freight company. The letter stated that they had tried to contact the third party (Wayfair?), and that they had the toilet, and if nothing was done soon we'd be charged around $30/day for storage. I had been waiting for weeks to be contacted for delivery. I reached out to Wayfair because my tracking number wasn't yielding results. I don't know if Wayfair contacted them or what's going on, but it made me a little nervous about ordering large items from WF in the future. However, it does seem that they took care of the issue on their end.

The toilet functions very well, it flashes very clean and uses less water. The only reason I did not give it 5 star is the sound. It's loud, my 5 year old refuses to use the toilet after using it for once, she said 'i am scared'. We did not use 1.0 Gpf toilet before, it's likely the sound is normal for this type of toilet.
