There are a lot of comments on this toilet which has since been discontinued. The comments are typically along the lines of ghost flushing. I simply reduce the water pressure via the supply-line valve and it has since worked flawlessly. I even tried to get another one for a recent reno of another bath, but couldn't find one anywhere.

This toilet was insanely difficult to install, in addition, it came with a faulty fill valve. Has now been installed for about 3 months and I have had to replace the batteries that control flush valve 3 times. Toilet is used 2 to 3 times a day as a powder bath. Not worth the money or the hastle

The product is great but I came in a broken box and all the parts were all over. Thankfully none of the parts were broken the second time the package was shipped. The customer service at Wayfair was great at following up though and because of customer service I would definitely use Wayfair again!

This is a great 1 piece toilet that is easy to clean and keep clean due to its design. The built in air freshener and night light are a plus. The light turns on by a button on the back of the seat. Hands free flush is sanitary, convenient and modern. Only, drawback is offer 6 months the motion sensor in my first toilet malfunctioned and started flushing continuously. I took the batteries out and Wayfair replaced it without any charges. 2nd toilet. No issues. Thanks, Wayfair.

Good seat height, and the touchless feature is easy to set up.
