I can't say much because it arrived with two missing parts. Now it is too late to return the item.

Worked well for me with a Toto bidet. Installed by professional plumber so I can't speak for installation process itself but looking and working great!

I have not installed it yet, but I opened the box and was surprised to see how much came with it! It's so much more than what is pictured. It comes with everything you would need to install the bidet, even underneath it and possibly to the wall. I will have to update this review once it's installed. I also have to say it is gorgeous!
