I bought this spout a couple of weeks ago and have experienced the same issue as another reviewer has expressed here regarding the gap in wall with this particular spout. It’s loose and doesn’t fit securely flushed up against the shower wall. Hoping Kohler can provide a solution to this. I bought the whole shower kit and this 1 item - bath spout - has been disappointing. The shower head and faucet handle on this model look great though!
