This seems like a reasonable enough shower head. I was mostly looking forward to using Alexa for music, but have been quite disappointed in the voice command responsiveness. It works well without the water running, but standing in the shower and trying to give it commands to change music, etc., it is all but impossible to do so. Having read the product information, I had much higher hopes that Kohler had engineered this better. Microphones appear to be on the sides, at the back, behind where the speaker sits in the shower head. Even looking up and talking directly at the speaker makes no difference. I like trying out new products, but this was a very expensive (for what it truly is) item and does not perform anywhere near my expectations. I recommend selecting your music/news/e-book prior to turning on the water. The only way around this is to shut the water off again mid shower to change selections. As for the sound quality, it seems alright. Being a product that's intended to be used in a shower, I definitely don't have the same expectation as a home stereo or other high quality BT wireless speaker. I don't recommend this product at this time.
