Absolutely incredible! I love this toilet. The height of these toilets are perfect! No more staining to get up and down off the toilet. Replaced my 1990s toilet and couldnt be happier. I should have bought one years ago! Arrived undamaged. Was super simple to install and flushes with so much power! I have not had a single plugged toilet since installing. I 100 recommend these toilets to anyone.

Almond color beautiful, very powerful when it’s flushed, I was expecting more noise but No I can live with it., easy to install and my favorite the height . First time ordering a toilet It’s was securely packaged . Highly recommended.

While I love Wayfair and want to shop with them as much as possible, I can't recommend this toilet. There is a design flaw in that the trip level and plunger arm don't meet up elegantly at all. If you look at other shopping sites, you will see that others have encountered this issue as well and have rigged it to work with zip ties and other methods. The plumber I hired from Handy to do the install called Kohler with me and they said this was their most frequent issue call with toilets and the fix is -- literally -- to advise you to bend the metal on each piece until they don't pop apart when you flush. It appears some people get longer trip levers than mine did, but either way bending metal in hopes that the connection works is a horrible design flaw. My guess is that rather than develop a part that fit perfectly they re-purposed other parts to keep inventory lower and it often doesn't work at all. The picture I'm attaching shows the best the plumber and I could do to get the trip level and plunger arm to meet. As soon as you flush, it pops off. You can see it's not a solid connection. This is where others have used zip ties or tape to hold it. I won't, not at this price and not what I can get pressurized toilets that don't have this flaw for less. Kohler did agree to send a new trip level and plunger arm and I connected with one of their warranty certified plumbers in my area for a fix that will cost at least $100 on top of the $170 I spent for the install. That's obviously not call but Wayfair refunded the original install costs. They shouldn't have to do that because it's all a Kohler flaw. But that's why I'll keep shopping at Wayfair and so should you, just don't buy this toilet.

Excellent toilet overall, but the factory installed bolts loosened up over a month and suddenly water starting spraying out the bottom of the tank when flushed. You have to be very careful not to over tighten these or you could crack the porcelain. This should be noted in the instructions or possibly the gasket should be rubber instead of the included foam!
