Love the functionality of the toilet. Duel flush works great, love the height. Sadly, the finish is defective. One entire side of the toilet at the base has a rough, sandy feeling finish, with black speckles showing through the poor paint job. We didn't unpack it right away, because we were renovating the bathroom, and wanted to keep it safe. My husband thought it was just smudges that would wipe off when he did install it. It isn't. Really disappointing after working so hard on the reno. Nice toilet, but check your finish if you purchase.

Son lives in a small downtown apartment. First order only seat and bottom section arrive, second delivery, again, another toilet only. Now, third delivery and both pieces, a third toilet and the first tank, have arrived. So one month, and now three toilets lined up in a small apartment and one tank. Insane.

We had a hard time finding this product in a big box store.
