Great toilet. I purchased 2 of them and the are working great! I love the dual flush functionality. And the lighter flush option is plenty for most of what we put at it.

Here is my thoughts on my purchase, I haven't used Wayfair since about 2016 and if this purchase reflects the way do business in 2022 then Good luck ! First of all shipment was scheduled for Mon August 16 Toilet and tank came in 2 separate shipments with the tank arriving first(should have been bowl first to install tank 2nd) Well back to first (TANK) delivery I was impressed with Wayfair Tank came in original Kohler box and not to be outdone Wayfair put the Kohler box in a insulated box to protect my investment . Now 2nd Delivery (BOWL) Very Disappointed No original Kohler box no original paperwork just laid in a box with no visible markings that I purchased a new toilet I couldn't believe it made it in 1 piece. I will never order used products again . Stand up to big companies be careful on purchasing

This was a wise investment a great use of my money. I’m very pleased with the product as well as the customer service provided to me. Your staff was very attentive to me and made sure I was satisfied in every aspect. I wasn’t able to find this toilet in almond anywhere but Wayfair and for that too I give you 5 stars. My experience was so good that I will definitely be buying from your company again.
