It is really inconvenient that it does not come with the diverter included. I called and ordered one after and was sent the wrong one. It was a whole ordeal. In order to make sure everything matches, it would be better if it was included.

Came well packaged and ibstalled easily.

I loved the way this worked, but our shower head started getting clogged or stopped working so now not all the spouts spit water :/

Good quality, sophisticated and understated shower fixture. Haven't installed yet, but contractor is impressed with the Rite-Temp valve assembly (ordered separately). Has good pro reviews, and honestly, hard to go wrong with Kohler.
