I didn’t realize when I purchased it was for commercial use and has a silver lock on the commode. Not a big deal, but not a plus either.

The product arrived missing a seal, so the toilet leaked when flushing. I had to have the plumber come back and replace a piece at an additional cost. Luckily, Kohler refunded the cost, but it was an inconvenience I wish I didn't have to deal with.
