The only complaint I have is they had a whole new tub when the pop out access panel was damaged. Otherwise it works great and is comfortable.

So far we really like it, we have been able to use it for a couple weeks now. I love how it is for water fill (some are too square and takes forever to fill), only downsides I would say are: the heater should just shut off after a period of time in case you forget to turn it off (it turns down, why not off?), the edges are an angle that make it hard to put things on as they slide off (such another silly thing that didn't need to happen), and finally it feels a little more plastic than our last kohler tub, but getting used to that.
