BUY THIS JACUZZI TUB!!!! It was the perfect size for our bathroom. I’m 5 ft 10 and fit very comfortably. The jets are perfect and in the perfect location (lumbar, at your feet, and 4 on the side) and are very powerful. It feels like you’re in an outdoor hot tub, in the comfort of your own bathroom!

The description didn't mention that I needed to purchase the drain separately. It did not indicate which drain system was compatible with this product. This has caused major time delays for installation. The product also did not come with the heater that it should have come with. Kohler had to send me one. Customers should know everything that is required for installation and they should be told what's compatible with it. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with different reps to find out what I needed. I even have to send the drain system that I purchased back. Although the rep told me the item number I needed, it was not he correct one.
