I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25. I was promised that it was coming to me multiple times. I recommend you order the tub directly from Kohler if you don't have deal with all the stress.
