The bath tub looks beautiful and nice icy gray color. But I have one question. I called to Wayfair’s customer service to ask about the rough surface of the bottom of the tub. Other surface is all very smooth except bottom. Is it intentional for unit slip or something wrong I sent an email attached the photos but they did not come back yet. Please someone answer to me I just put 4 starts because of this question and Not install yet. Thanks

Bathroom remodel is obviously not finished but bathtub looks great! I haven’t tested it out yet but will update when I do. I told plumber about some reviews that state tub creaks when they step inside. He did mention you have to put a layer (I believe he said cement or some material) underneath the tub to keep it from creaking. Anyway…looks fantastic!
