I have a wonderful sales representative, Kaitlyn Lindstrom, who has provided me excellent service. Kaitlyn has made every adjustment necessary to accommodate our construction schedule. The tub arrived with damage to the skirt, and Kaitlyn was quick to respond and follow up with a discount offer from Wayfair. I am awaiting the communication from the department which handles the refund/rebate.
