The absolute worst customer service!! Ordered beginning of December was due to my home on Jan13…they “lost” my tub!!! Had to start all over and tub took another 6 weeks! It cost me thousands in delays that I had to pay my contractor…they offered me a small credit which didn’t come close to my cost! Customer service with Wayfair is horrible. They never call you back and if you email it’s days before you hear back! After waiting almost 3 months the tub was delivered and the order was wrong! The finish drain was to be matte black and they sent shiny chrome. Everything in the bathroom is matte black. Do not order something like this from Wayfair…it’s been a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!

This tub is unbelievable! The tile build setting we did to house it just makes it look like it is something in a palace. Select a chandelier to make the setting perfect! Add some of Wayfair's beautiful art and a curtain selection, and you will spend hours in your own personal spa! One of the reason's we selected this tub concerned the motor. When your tub arrives it will be heavy because of the quality of this piece. We had an excellent plumber, and the installation was without complications on any kind. It just slipped into the tile covered build made to house it, and something that is essential and required was the mortar install. After our entire house is completed, I will add professional photos to all of the wonderful products I purchased from Wayfair. They have made our home the beautiful space it is!
