Shipped me a used unit that was full of water

I think it’s a great product if you have loads of water pressure, I have a well and do not.

Amazing shower head. Their softest rain you have ever felt. The ONLY issue is that Hansgrohe, like so many others, has gone from metal to plastic! Time will tell if this holds up to the quality hansgrohe is known for. Until then, I will enjoy this incredible shower head!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are redoing our bathroom and I like the darker color fixtures compared to the lighter ones you don’t see as much rust (if you have hard water). I like how wide the head is. The pressure that it pushes the water out is amazing as well. Very easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shower head replaced our old one and although the pressure was reduced it produced a more rain like effect. Water was smooth and it comes out in very tiny water particles so it produces more steam and you can shower at hotter temperatures without feeling the extra heat due to the micro droplets. Gives you more of a spa experience with this shower head. My husband and I both love this new shower head! We got the 2.5 gpm .
