Terrible product. It has no shape and the seams are frayed. I asked to return and was told that I have to pay $22 per towel for a total of $45 to return. I did not expect this high end vendor not to honor their return policy (the company will take care shipping costs if the item is defective) and refuse a full refund for a defective item. Veery disappointed and I would not buy anything from this vendor.
