Polished and honed porcelain tiles require the use of low porosity, are extremely durable, and are low impregnating or penetrating sealer prior to grouting, otherwise, grout release must be used. Common household spills are easy to clean with the use of a mop, warm water, and a pH-neutral cleaner. Acid-based cleaners and harsh chemicals should not be used.
