Marilyn, by far exceeded my service expectations. I felt she went above and beyond what I had hoped for, even following up afterward. While I have taken awhile to respond it is important that she realize what a great job she did for an order which needed a bit more hand holding due to an extended delivery timeframe. The product arrived in perfect condition and her follow ups helped us find and retain the perfect piece for our remodel. Thank you and our apologies for the delayed response....
