• These vanity tops have an initial seal from the factory but it is by no means a permanent seal. The customer should clean and re-seal the top immediately following installation and before the initial use. Regular maintenance is required. This includes re-sealing the top annually and also making sure that no moisture is left sitting on the top at any time. Wiping the top down after each use is best practice.
