The color of this topper is much darker in person than pictured. I needed to return due to this and Wayfair charged me a very high return fee. They then proceeded to refund me 10 less than what they originally stated they would refund me. Contacting customer service was no help. This is my second order where I have needed to make a return and was charged a huge percentage of the price to make that return. I usually experience top tier customer service from Wayfair so this has been really surprising. I will be taking a long break from making any purchases, lose my number Wayfair ✌️
