The vanity itself is well made and impressive. I purchased the grey and love the color. Unfortunately when we opened the box containing the counter top and sinks one of the sinks had a big crack. The whole top is being replaced at no charge but I won't be getting it for another 3 weeks which has now put our remodel on hold and that is why I am rating it a 4. My advice to anyone purchasing a large vanity do it locally so it doesn't get damaged and you don't have to add a month on to your remodel. Fingers crossed the next one isn't cracked.. Constance.
