The furniture is terrific. But delivery was sheer hell! You need to make it clear to your delivery people when the delivery is “white glove” - even though there was a sticker stating this on the boxes, the delivery order was “drop off” and that’s what the delivery guys go by.. Better-than-expected quality! Ordered four chairs and two arrived damaged (I blame Fed Ex for mishandling) but Perigold still made it right. The chairs are comfortable and the reedweave is sturdy (I have three tweenteen kids who aren’t always delicate and after three months, these chairs show no agedamage).
