This is such a classy barstool and the fabric is a perfect neutral as not too light or dark. It sits comfortably and has plenty of cushion on the seat and back. Happy to see that the frame is darker stain than anticipated which works better for our decor. Fabric seems nice and we like the color. The chairs themselves are a little light in weight but our previous chairs were heavier solid wood so it will take a little getting use to.
