The Sea Gull Collection Mellita eight light indoor pendant in midnight black is an ENERGY STAR qualified lighting fixture that uses fluorescent bulbs to save you both time and money. Full of structure and movement the Mellita chandelier gracefully positions multiple tiers of oversized etched glass disks. Named for a species of sand dollar found on the East Coast of North America.

This is a beautiful light fixture and really pulled my parlor together. It’s well made and solidly built. To give an idea of scale, the room pictures is 13x14 with 9 foot ceilings. Installation was easy. Putting the glass pieces on was tedious, but not too complicated. Use gloves when handling the glass pieces, by the way. Also, it clinks if the windows are open on a windy day, which sounds a bit like wind chimes.
