Tree is actually very nice and realistic. Box came basically in pieces. Usually I save the tree in the box for years but this box came all taped up with pieces literally hanging off the box. Not really expecting to get a torn up box with a $500 tree purchase. Obviously shipped was aware at the time of shipping at the condition, luckily the tree was not damaged but it almost looked like this tree was opened and returned and then sent out at new.. Jerred.
