More multi-purpose than they tell you! I use the pan all the time for roasting potatoes, tater tots and root veggies. Because of the high sides it has a higher roasting temp than a sheet pan, and so everythign roasts faster and crispier in the pan. As for chickens or other roasts, its nice and big and the handles make it easy to maneuver, and lift the roast from the pan without "roast breakage".
Far better than aluminum, but I did notice the seal does fade and it can show exterior rust if you don't rub it with oil just before baking again to reseal. Its a little like cast iron in that way, which I love. No problem!. Mila. Concord, NH. Wed Jul 31 2024
