This contemporary rug is an exciting new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Scandinavian rug collection—handwoven in a new flat weave construction using a blend of wool and exotic yarns inspired by alpaca.The design features a fresh interpretation of a classic grid pattern of Swedish minimalism and vintage rugs and textiles of Rollakan and Rya traditions. Coral squares are cleverly framed by interlocking geometric elements in pale rose. The design's playful take on traditional Nordic motifs creates a sophisticated checkerboard effect with a distinctly modern sensibility.
