The John Boos Cucina Laforza Boos Butcher Block set was designed with the professional chef in mind. Handcrafted using American Cherry, this 6″ thick end-grain wood top is extremely solid and strong. The frame consists of commercial grade stainless steel, custom designed to hold our Boos Block 24″x24″ wood top. The lower stainless steel undershelf provides additional storage space while the floor glides can be adjusted to fit any floor surface. The butcher block top and stainless steel base are each sold separately.
