This pattern was exactly what I was looking for: unique and well made and at a fair price. Unfortunately, 5 or 6 of the utensils arrived damaged with some type of hard material attached to the handles. Perigold sent replacements and actually included another damaged knife in the replacements! Seems like quality control system is ineffective.
