After a weekend in Southampton, the Madcap's Jason and John were inspired by the local lake with its glorious flora lily pad flowers. John dashed to paint his version of the picturesque weekend. The Zowan Table Lamp is made of ceramic in a matte green smoke glazing flowing along its surface that looks like a genealogical map. The cream that overlays the green has been hand-applied to bring the lamp an artful feel, and the optic crystal base from which the fixture rises leaves the painterly column to be the focal point of the design. One of the interesting things about this piece is that the pattern will change slightly when seen from different angles.

This is a beautiful lamp by an excellent brand: Currey & Company. It is a triangular shape which is quite unique, with a crystal, heavy weighted base. The lamp is ceramic with very pretty greens (spring green and moss green) and creams throughout. The shade is large but to scale in a cream linen fabric. It uses a 3-way bulb but I am using a regular bulb in it. Pergola used FedEx to ship it and it was here quickly and no issues with shipping, I highly recommend this lamp and Pergola!. Carol.
