This is a beautiful, well made product. I have been looking for this size and this will be one of my most used pots. I love the clear lid so I can watch my food throughout the cooking process. The pan seems to work as well as our old Green Pan, which finally got scratched too much after years of use. But it is a "busy" design, seemingly devoted to promoting Bobby Flay. The handle with a rubber envelope is no better than our original, and the extra handle on the other side is not needed. It just reeks of showmanship. But...
