Roast, toast, warm, and bake on this standard-size jelly roll pan. Slightly smaller than Nordicware half sheet to fit European ovens.

So I believe I bought this jelly roll pan a couple of years ago. I am careful to wash and dry immediately after each use. I don't put it into the dishwasher and avoid harsh chemicals.
