Soaring Beige Dragonflies with glowing jeweled eyes and delicate metal filigree wings circle over hand-cut and copper foiled pieces of Pond Green glass representing rippling water. This lovely inverted shade is created using the famous Meyda Tiffany copperfoil construction and enhanced with a Mahogany Bronze finished cast metal hardware. The fixture is inspired by Dragonflies found in renowned rose gardens in the New York Botanical Garden in Bronx Park; New York City; to the White House in Washington; D.C. It is ideal for placement in bedrooms and dining areas to create a beautiful design statement. It’s a very well built quality lamp. Great if you need something very narrow and tall. However, it doesn’t produce a lot of light do the fact it’s a single bulb in a fairly very narrow glass bowl.
