The box it came in was just cardboard box which I was surprised since it’s a very nice brand. Silverware though came in little plastic foil wrap so it was kind of protected. Besides poor packaging everything looks beautiful. It’s shiny and so clear you can use it as a mirror. Also the knives are so sharp I had to put them away from little kids hands but for cutting purposes they are great. Beautiful! I ordered 15 (they didn't have 16 available) and one of the settings was missing a small spoon. I was able to speak with an actual person - lovely by the way - to immediately resolve the missing spoon.
