Disappointing quality given the reputation of Le Creuset. Less than a year into normal use and proper cleaning, the nonstick ceramic is no longer properly nonstick -- food sticks all the time. BEST PAN EVER!! I hardly ever have time for writing reviews, however this is one I HAD to write about. After 3-4 purchases of the gold pans, that lasted for only 6-9 months, I finally found Le Creuset Frying Pan. It's worth every penny. So if you're hesitant on spending the money... it's worth every penny. Quality is key. If you spend cheap, you get cheap. Wish I found Le Creuset months ago.
