Understated and beautiful. These are ceramic so have to be held carefully. Our electrician had them up in a minute. Subdued wall lighting in our new Florida lanai. Pricey but worth it. So many colors to choose from. Went with same color as our wall to make it look subtle but classy. I was surprised that they were just backed within ‘popcorn’ styrofoam in a box. mannnn, it took me *forever* to settle on outdoor wall lights to go on either side of our new french doors, but it was worth the effort. in addition to being just the right combination of colors (black on the outside, gold on the inside), they're subtle but attractive ~ and the light they give off is just right: not too bright, but bright enough to softly illuninate the trees and bushes outside. for us, they're just perfect!.
