The 2-1/4″ thick top is handcrafted from Northern Hard Rock Maple and has a beautiful semi-gloss varnique finish, allowing for easy food prep and fast cleanup. The stainless steel perforated undershelf and two dovetailed drawers ensure plenty of storage space. The two stainless bars on the side of the cart can be used to hang kitchen utensils or towels. Locking casters are also included so it can be moved easily when needed.

Item is made of all-natural American maple, cherry, or black walnut wood. Walnut sapwood is white and John Boos uses all of the wood. It's a tone color of the wood and the tone of the wood varies within the tree itself. Variations in the final product are not defects and therefore not covered under our warranty.
