This was a reorder because the first tub I ordered came damaged. When I called there were no more in stock so I had to get this one. Because my master bath was in middle of remodel I asked them to expedite. We have different definitions as it was estimated to take 3 weeks for delivery and I only lived 100 miles from the manufacturer. So Wayfair at least got this set up as a willcall at the manufacturer and I made the 4 hour round trip to get it myself.
