Installed this in our shower with an opening of 40 1/2 inches wide. Fit was pretty good had to use a little more silicone on the glass wall section. In my case getting the door to swing without rubbing the bottom water guard was a bit of work. But when all said and done door looks great. Very satisfied, strong and sturdy. Wonderful shower door! Install was easy for hubby, I only had to help out with lifting/holding the door in place while it was screwed to the hinges. Our total opening was 43.25 inches, and this door worked great thanks to being able to make slight width adjustments as noted in the item description. All in all, very nice looking door. Also, hats off to Wayfair phone rep Trevin H. who handled our shipping situation quickly and efficiently. (First door was damaged by FedEx and not delivered, Wayfair quickly sent a replacement.).
