The gentle curves of the mirror bowl were initially inspired by the natural forms of cherry blossom petals. Translated into stainless steel, these become a bowl of deceptive simplicity where the sculptural form and dazzling surface require no extra embellishment. The dish makes a striking table centerpiece or can be used to hold fruit or bread. Helle Damkjær’s travels to Japan lead to her designing the series of bowls, dishes, and spoons for Georg Jensen.
