Each MDF wood shelf measures: 36" wide x 12" deep x 1" thickness. The wood finish is semi-gloss black. The distance between each shelf is 19" height. The distance between the floor and the first shelf is 9.5". There is a 2" gap between the shelf and the wall.

This thing is fantastic looking. Took a while to arrive but it looks great above our wet bar. The only wrinkle is that there are only 2 small screws holding it to the wall, so it can't take much weight at all. I wanted to put a few bottles on it (in addition to glassware) so I ended up drilling through it and installing multiple screws/anchors. We get lots of compliments on it.. Mark. Philadelphia, PA.
