This large (7-3/8") very heavy (nearly 4lbs. of solid brass!) Neptune knocker is from the Victorian era when gothic designs like gargoyles, lions, etc. were popular. Center to center 3-3/8", knocker width 5-7/8", plate width 3-5/16".

This is a gorgeous cast-brass replica of the classic lion head door knocker so popular in England during the Victorian age. Its massive 7-1/2" size makes an imposing statement on any entryway. Especially impressive in any of our antique finishes. Projection 1-3/4", knocker width 3-7/8", plate width 4-3/4", center to center 3-3/4".
