I was actually sent the wrong size pan but Fissler fixed the issue quickly. It is my first time buying a stainless steel pan instead of non-stick. I am impressed and wonder why I didn't use one before! As long as you follow instructions, even salmon fillets won't stick to the pan. Honestly, it is the most beautiful piece of cookware I’ve ever owned—the polished finish and smooth interior make it look amazing in my kitchen. The best part is how it has actually changed the way I cook. It creates a perfect "fond" (those flavorful browned bits) every time I sear meat, which has inspired me to try all kinds of new pan sauce recipes.
