It all started with a happy incident. Inspired by the remaining offcuts from our factory designs, the layered wood pieces of the Mosaic TV cupboard form a rhythm, reminiscent of the partition of a pipe organ. Deeply influenced by the music within his creative process, Alain van Havre offers a renewed translation of his obsession for movement.

Clean lines with integrated hardware offer a cohesive, all-natural look. The media console has reversed and chamfered panels that substitute for hardware. Finished in warm walnut with square-shaped inset legs, the console sits long and low true to its midcentury heritage.

In his quest to add movement to the surface, our designer Alain van Havre started layering and combining triangular shapes. Before he knew it, he had created an interesting composition out of teak. We ended up brushing the surface to highlight the grain and further emphasize the feeling of motion. Originally used for our popular Teak Graphic sideboard, the pattern now translates perfectly to a TV cupboard.

Exactly what I was hoping for - fits perfectly, and the detail/texture is lovely. Solid wood looks great, and cabinet hardware is very good quality, operates smoothly. Hole in the back for cord management has a black plastic cover if you don't need it.. Mark. Tue Jan 06 2026
