It's a great table, replacing a twenty-year old one in my entry. Had to return the first one because it was chipped but Butler and Perigold came through with a speedy solution and replacement. It's a bit expensive, which is my only reason not to give it five stars. More accurately it is too expensive to have arrived in the bad shape it did the first time! The packing and quality control made me nervous that when I opened the new one it too would be messed up. But it was just great. The Santos Large Chest has a split rattan pattern on the drawers, sides, and top, which is made by hand and applied to a solid mahogany frame before the entire piece is covered in a finish. A design detail of note is how the brass pulls sit squarely in the center of the circles created by the pattern. This tan chest has solid mahogany dovetail drawer boxes, soft-close drawer slides, and adjustable glides.

This lovely cabinet wash hand made in late Qing Dynasty. It has 3 drawers and one open cabinet with 2 panels door. It will be a delightful addition in a living room, dining room, or night stand in the bedroom, hallway, or stairway. Acquired and authenticated at a prestigious Hong Kong gallery in the late 1990s, it was carefully transported to the US by experienced expats. The authentication certificate will be provided.

Capturing the vintage charm of the coastal south, the Charleston two-door accent cabinet has two doors with soft-close hinges, decorative fretwork accents along the edges, and regionally-inspired hand painting and highlighting on the door fronts. Crafted of maple veneers, the cabinet is finished in Charleston green, a weathered interpretation of the dark, almost black green that adorns the trim, shutters, and doors across the historic district of Charleston. Loop pull hardware is in an antique pewter color. One adjustable shelf is behind the doors.
