The floral scent is the best representation of the surprisingly unique aesthetic of reactive glaze. The bright blue finishing touches are full of character, making each piece a distinctive creation, and thus giving each set enormous potential for mixing and matching with other pieces and collections.

All together I purchased two sets of four, plus pasta plates and serving bowl. These are nice plates, well made, well packaged. BUT, what we received looks nothing at all like the online photos. For reference I have included the photo from Wayfair's website and next to it you can see the photo I took with iPhone13Pro. The rich blue color isn't there, it's like a powder blue. The wide black stripe around the plate is over an inch in the photo but about half that on the plate. This is consistent with the mugs, bowls and other plates as well. I ordered (and wanted) a deep dark rich color, and I got a wimpy faded look. There is just no comparison. Not sure what to do now as I am sure Wayfair will say "actual color and look may vary".
